In March 2023, over 300 #Sadhanapada Alumni came together to intensify their sadhana practice through the #SadhanaIntensive program, exclusively available to those who have completed Sadhanapada. Over a period of two months, they dedicated themselves to seva and received support for their practices through review sessions, guided practices, opportunities for silence, and much more.

Participants also had the opportunity to learn Indian classical music and Kalaripayattu (an ancient form of martial arts), with Isha Samskriti.

Yogasanas review sessions were conducted by trained Hatha Yoga teachers where participants received detailed one-on-one feedback on their practices.

Monthly meetings were a time for everyone to come together and share their experiences, play games, watch exclusive videos of Sadhguru, and deepen their sadhana.
