A two-week-old infant was stabbed to death in Modesto, California.

Two. Weeks. Old.

He had not yet learned to focus his eyes.

His mother, 23, was stabbed too.

His grandmother, 54, was stabbed too.

The man arrested for it had been deported once, returned illegally, and arrested four times for drunk driving in California.

After the fourth DUI, ICE asked the jail to hold him.

The state of California said no, by written law.

There is no debate here.

There is no policy disagreement.

There is no "both sides."

There is a two-week-old American baby in a coffin because a state government decided that the word "sanctuary" was more important than him.

He should be alive.

Two Starbucks employees who FOUGHT OFF ARMED ROBBERS AND HELD THEM FOR THE POLICE...

...have been FIRED for "violating company policy" because they did not just comply.

They risked their lives to defend the store and customers... and Starbucks FIRED THEM for it.

This happened at a St. Louis Starbucks where 2 masked men walked in, pointed a gun, and demanded money.

Everyone hit the floor and one robber shoved a female employee to the ground.

A worker named Michael Harris tried to just give them the cash to make them leave. They pistol-whipped him in the back of the head.

Then his coworker Devin Jones-Ransom made a split-second decision and TACKLED the gunman into the drive-thru window.

The weapon broke... and they realized it was fake. They subdued the robber and held him for police.

Both robbers were convicted and they're sitting in prison right now BECAUSE of these two young men.

And a few weeks later, after the attention died down and Starbucks FIRED BOTH OF THEM.

The reason?

They "violated company policy" by not just complying to being robbed.

Just so we are clear... a man gets a gun smashed into his skull, fears for his life, fights back, helps put two armed robbers in prison...

...and Starbucks FIRES HIM FOR IT?!!!!

🚨STATEMENT MADE BY PASTOR TONY SPELLS BROTHER IN LAW- DILLON MORSE 🚨

"Tonight, I took my sister to pick her husband up from jail. My brother-in-law,Tony Spell, walked across the street straight to her, and she had no fear because for the 30 years they have been married, he has never hurt her, or his kids, in any way. In the jail cell, he found some of the men who once rode his bus to church, when they were little boys. They showed him the most respect possible in prison, as they gave him their minutes, so he could make phone calls(somehow the money Shaye paid didn’t get to his account). What he said in those calls is telling. He told Shaye to pay the guy for the mechanical bull that will be at their special church event (Revolution). That was his concern.
In the parking lot, it wasn’t the media, but his wife, two sons, (he has a daughter too) and grandchildren that were important to him. I drove Tony and Shaye home, right next to the church. They didn’t waste anytime changing their clothes, and walking to church right next door. Hundreds of people greeted him as he showed up(church was started) and not one, from the youngest to the oldest, feared him. They knew, just as I do, that this is a man who loves them, loves God, and loves his family. I will not give more details on this case that is ongoing, but you should ask yourself why would a man who has devoted his life to serving others in ministry do what has been shown?
When the dust settles on this case, you will see there is much more to this story. Please, at least wait for that to happen before you write him off as a violent man. He is not. But he is a man. The very kind of man you want protecting your sister, and your family."

My Brother-in-law, Tony Spell, for 30 years never so much as raised his voice to my sister, or his children. He is not a violent man. He has my support, and he saved me a trip.
