@sofiale206 actually it's not even that. he's forced to only be able to think as his body is stuck in a kind of autopilot state. he's basically trapped in his own mind, or body, perhaps that relates to something but who knows.

after his father left, jax's mother attempted to replace his father with him, meaning jax was now the sole recipient of the infighting and insulting.
