After a successful 1999 #F1 season, with 2 wins, the Jordan team was expected to build up from that. But with 19 retirements in 2000 they would slip down to 6th in the standings and sadly would never recover to '99 heights again.

@MUFC_RA You can be sure that it's a dodgy deal if marinakis is involved in it. He has been laundering narcotics money through the 3 clubs he owns left, right and centre...

@Wanneroo2@adamcooperF1 Agreed but if a talent of that calibre is stuck in a scenario such as Jordan-Yamaha, he would like to leave asap and there would be many better teams trying to poach him. In my opinion, nothing major would change, just the timeline.
@MV33Racing Schumacher obliterated both Damon and Montoya. That has to have created A LOT of psychological issues to them. That's the only way i can explain the crap that goes through their mouths...
🚨 | Lando Norris: “F1's gone too heavily led by the fact it's a business, and not how can you make the sport the best possible but how can we make the most money as a business.”
“That's not how a sport should be run. It should never have been like that. And it is a shame.”
@Sirdavepope@MV33Racing The great thing about it it's that we DO NOT have to watch it. There are other motorsport out there way better than the current F1.
@Nick28T I've been religiously following F1 since 1996. Almost for all my life and definitely since i started understanding sports. DRS was the first hit and the hybrid V6 the second one. This year i quit watching all together. Thankfully there are other motorsport to fill the void.
@OptaJoe There's no doubt in my mind that Portugal, without CR7 playing and Ramos in his place,is one of the best 3 teams in the tournament and very capable of winning it. But the man child got his way. I'll be rooting for them next time, winning the whole thing will make sweet tears flow!
Fernando Alonso doesn’t hold back on modern Formula 1. 😬
“In this F1, there’s neither talent, nor speed, nor risk-taking. You just press a button and overtake if you have more power than the car in front.”
A brutal criticism of the current regulations.

@matoxley They think they took the easy road with MotoGP. The master plan is to funnel as many "fans" from F1 into MotoGP with as little marketing (i.e. money) as possible. Social media is the way...
💥 Fernando Alonso: "En esta F1 no hay talento, ni rapidez ni riesgo. Basta con pulsar un botón"
"Hoy no he visto la carrera. Ayer vi una pequeña repetición del sprint, con gente adelantando en medio de la recta con más batería".
"No necesitas frenar más rápido que nadie, no hace falta adelantar por fuera, no hace falta correr riesgos..."
"Basta con pulsar un botón y adelantas si tienes mejor potencia que el coche de delante".
