It feels like token count based pricing is getting outdated. Harnesses become bloated and the price of that is passed on the customer. If your product requires a huge system prompt, your users shouldn’t have to foot the bill.
@AnxiousHolly Worked seamlessly for me via ApplePay credit card verification. No photos of me, or my documents have been requested. I couldn't have asked for a better experience
@Pavel_Asparagus Strangely when people complain about usage issues with Codex, @OpenAI reacts very promptly. I've seen complaints of Claude Code usage limits for a few days now and zero reaction from @AnthropicAI
@BLCNYY Same. Unless you want to pretend on X that you’re running 6 instances at the same time. For that show you might want to lower token consumption I think 😏
@steipete What it needs it to be able to pick up on new sessions that had appeared via CLI after the app started. Currently you need to kill it to refresh. Quite annoying
@alexkehr Two questions here:
- who’s paying for the tokens - the company or yourself
- what if the company limits your access to the agentic coding tools for privacy or whatever reason
@robertvklinken Could you share how you configured Xcode mcp for that? They only mention preview generation and nothing on actual interactions with the simulator. So would be very interesting to know how you made CC actually “use” the simulator
@louisagareiss From my experience it helps if you go the WiFi settings on the watch and force it to connect to WiFi before trying to launch your app in Xcode
Apparently “priority delivery” from @Deliveroo now allows picking up other orders on the way. So I’m no longer paying to get my food as fast and as hot it can be. I don’t like that at all. Happened to me twice in a row, maybe it’s not worth paying for anymore.
