If you ever tried to debug a performance problem and got intimidated or confused by the results. Then my new article will make sense to you.

Does anybody remember theme about “coal miners should learn to code”? Well, today I started to teach one actual coal miner basic html/css. It’s hard but I’m curious how far we can go.
During recent job search I got my first “frontend system design” sections. It seems like a new thing now. And not a lot of resources on that topic, however I found a good one: https://t.co/CIn6QavbG8
For the last 2 weeks about 20 recruiters reached out to me, I went on track with about 5 of them. And even though I’m in the process, the stats made me think that we are still in “candidates” market.
Preparing for a technical interview with Snippets tab in DevTools. Nothing beats pen and paper of course, but stepping through algorithm with a debugger can be very insightful.

Google layoffs are sad, as are any other recent layoffs. 12,000 employees is a large number. I'm curious how it compares to the size of the IT job market and its proclaimed deficit of quality employees. Can the market absorb all the newly-freed employees? Any recent analytics?
@LukasiewiczLuk @tes1m211 @OzraeliAvi@elonmusk Apparently this is the same information that you get when you take a vision consultation at an eyeglass store instead of a clinic. I was on a different news feed I guess.
Yesterday, I was helping a junior developer with a task as part of my mentoring. I found that he was mostly grateful for advices on developer tools. Debugging can be painful and time consuming if you don't know how to tackle it.
@fernandorojo I had some experience with xstate long time ago and I remember that code navigation was an issue. Jumping from state to state in IDE was not so straightforward. But visualization was a cool feature.
@olegakbarov Bro I wish I understand, but congrats on a good health! How strain and recovery are calculated? What is 17.8 strain at Jan 1st mean? Is that a hangover?)
UI varies in interconnection between elements from app to app. And even during development requirements do change. Predict those connections and split app into independent(!) federated modules seems like a crucial task. If you fail here, MF doesn’t seem to benefit you.
I’m trying to figure out all the aspects of making a decision to use Module Federation. And it’s quite a task, considering that web apps are differ a lot. Requirements for e-commerce is different than let’s say tool like Grafana. Team size, business needs, UI itself - all matter.
