I am Dima, 24
Engineering Lead at a YC startup in Spain
Some facts:
• Coding since high school
• Married since 2022
• Moved to Valencia in 2023
• Bought my first apartment in 2024
• Bought a rental property in 2025
• Started X in 2026
Previously launched LazurAI (it failed). Now building betting bots backed by ML models in my free time
I love my wife, making money and building with AI
Now sharing my path on X
My wife just got invited to her first-ever job interview in Spanish. She's only worked at English-speaking companies before, and we've both been learning Spanish for about 2 years, so this is a big deal
We already have tutors twice a week, but yesterday she booked an extra call with a native speaker to practice typical interview questions
Turns out the guy was a coach who's written a few books. He spent the call hyping her up: "We're all predators. Never show weakness. Be confident, and you'll crush it."
So she got Spanish practice AND a full charge of motivation. Double win
The interviewer asked my wife (a frontend developer) a pretty rare question today:
"Was the university you studied at in your hometown, or did you move to another city for school?"
What's the idea behind this? To check if she's independent of her parents?
Is that a common question in Spanish companies?

I can't flex monthly PR counts like @poteto, because I just commit and push straight to main
I made 1,400 commits in September. Sounds crazy
Can't imagine doing this much work in the pre-AI era
@inc_ongi I mean, you can check the logs in 5 mins. 1-2 hours is just an example and depends on your system.
I usually wait for certain things to happen and then check the logs. These things can happen in 5 mins or in 5 hours.
The best thing you can do to speed up your dev loop is to give your AI agent access to your logs.
My project runs on a single VPS, and the feedback loop is insanely short:
1. Make the change with Claude/Grok
2. Run tests
3. Restart Docker
4. Wait 1–2 hours
5. "Check the logs for anything suspicious since the last restart"
Repeat
The project's been running for 3 months, and I've never once looked at the logs myself. They all live in Docker logs, and only AI reads them
