@JustFlyGlobal Thank you for giving back to my husband the extra $500 he had to pay while on the phone at the airport . Also, thank you for $500 reimbursement for the portion of the ticket he was not able to use. I still think what happened is unacceptable, but at least you paid him back.
Don't buy from @JustFlyGlobal . They sold my husband a fake ticket on American airlines and he is stranded in Bogota. Had to buy a United ticket for tomorrow. @JustFlyGlobal you should be Ashamed.
@JustFlyGlobal Yes. He will give you all the information you need to refund him his money and rectify your mistake. Like I said he is still stranded in Bogota and won't be home until tomorrow night.....48 hours after he was supposed to arrive.
@JustFlyGlobal If the ticket he bought was basic economy and American canceled the flight and you moved him to another flight, he shouldn't have to pay more because you and the airline made the change, not him. You should have paid American for the ticket that my husband got from you
