@Noble0o7@zurgerific Nah, I was saying that we really are returning to our roots with this Fire Emblem entry!
We will be selling less than 1 million copies again! Let's go!
@Oofwav3@OctorokR Happy someone brought this up. SMTII just assumes that neutral is what actually happened, but it robs the players of their choice because ... Neutral is the "real" route with follow-up. The others are just speculation.
@OctorokR To be fair, it's on another continent set 300 years in the future.
They might just handwave it and be like "It's a mess over there in Fodlan"... But I agree.
I preferred it to be a prequel or something alternate because it robs the players. ONE CHOICE would be canon. That's it.
@AgreeingBook13 This continent is the African equivalent to be fair. Makes sense the characters are of darker skin tone.
Won't really matter because high chances next game, it's going to be inspired by European fantasy so
@fortayee Lowkey thinking this. Next entry we'll head right back to Fodlan to clean things up ππ
There were comments beforehand saying the 3HVerse is the new big "canon" for FE like the original continuity and those 3 continents. And I mess with that idea.
The #FireEmblem Fortune's Weave Dagdan Collection, a special edition featuring a steel book, art book, art cards, and world map, will launch alongside the standard edition on Sept 17!
@Chorgan2282@JP_2427 None of them should.
Boy, I cannot wait for the almost guaranteed 20-30 dollar DLC for Fortune's Weave! Bringing us to 110!!!! For this one game if you want it "complete"!!!
@venom_cipher@Nintendo It's so stupid. Yes, sure. There are diehards in every fandom or people who would buy it no doubt but this was a double whammy of a bad choice.
Aren't we trying to get new fans into this series? Why are we guaranteeing the next entry returns to less than 1 million copies sold.
@NightFly_Studio@finalbossblues I would argue The Erdrick trilogy HD-2D was pretty similar. That was just 3D. The characters and monsters were the updated HD-2D sprites lol
Nintendo/Intelligent Systems acting like:
"Wh-why haven't we broke 1 million copies again with this one?! It's a sequel to Three Houses!"
As they forgot they priced their niche franchise, that like half of Nintendo's fanbase already dislikes, at $80.
Never would've guessed after $80 Mario Kart & only that for a year, the next $80 game of all franchises is Fire Emblem. This shit is not selling even by Fire Emblem standards.
