L’âme même des morts

rare earths ('mineral deposits') are linked to safety (future green energy and telcoms, electronics, defense depend on it) and economic self-reliance - and thus also to political independence: so, a self-reliant USA can hold its own values and freedoms dear as an alternative to the Chinese centralist authoritarian model which is achieving a stupendous lot of great economic milestones too...

and by the way: China, India, EU, Russia, USA - they all have hundreds of millions citizens to feed well (or less well) and to sustain

the golden dome could lower the pressure and cataclysmic risk linked to the nuclear mutual blackmail (which had also a stabilizing effect to be honest) and safeguard the lives of 400 Mio people in America. but sadly - inherited by the wrong hands - this advantage could make greedy US adventures more likely...

The Trump admin has proved it is strongly dedicated to peace and peacekeeping - so we have to pray this goodwill and conciliatory spirit will last through the next US admins too - I doubt it, seen now already a lot of disdain, hysteria, jealousy and dishonesty is displayed by the other sides about Trump's diplomatic break-throughs and list of successes

It's sad to see the 'pacifist' left negate the truth, silence the reporting and bury the good news about popular joy after liberation from tyranny (Venezuela) , and dismiss the obvious in that matter

A vast part of the political and social nomenklatura in Europe hates Trump indeed - but the inner thoughts of the public opinions are quite different I think.

Since Bush II, there has been a sponsored and top-down organized development of a kind of 'Republican President Hate Syndrome' (RPHS) - I has reached now a sickening climax with Trump - also because there is a lot of jealousy against him (Trump walks the talk).

In some social or political settings it is still IMPOSSIBLE to even agree on Trump's smallest move or opinion - be it a reasonable, non-partisan or common sense-wise evident one.

Just laughing off any big or small intelligent, beneficial and strategic move, or objective progress, made by DJT is sufficient to keep you worthy of the mundane, woke & progressive circles around the coffee machine at work.
