@ErenKatsukagi looks like it is object of meshes without any surfaces in it, so you can't just turn it off. Fill it and lines will disappear or simply delete this object?

@johantrihandoyo sorry, didn't mention it. It was done in Blender 2.8 in which is nothing special to do to render grease pencil in cycles. Just render it and grease pencil appear as a final part of image render.
