FYI - a cheap airline that doesn't deliver its promise is not cheap, its expensive and poor VFM

@eurowings @eurowings - your 1st response was to email customer service - done. The automated email says to expect a response in 4-6 weeks. I'd like to rescind my comment about @eurowings being prompt, as its no longer applicable. How can you justify this? How do you advise I proceed?

@eurowings Thanks for the pompt response. I'll email your team but can you confirm I am entitled to a refund should the alternatives not be convenient? The change by eurowings (which I'd assume would already be optimised) are inconvenient and unworkable for me.
