@airvistara lost my baggage from Delhi airport to Bali on 11th May 24’. Unfortunate after 20 calls in 24 hrs #vistaraairlines#tatasiaairlineslimited fail to provide an UPDATE. Pathetic CS & exp, no visibility on the issue. Can’t trace the luggage in over 24 hrs.
@rblbank Please have some shame left in you and stop responding unless you want atleast 50% of my money return i.e 3k Rs. otherwise consider my money as a donation to you for maintaining an inactive account!
I was charged 3k for closing an inactive bank account at RBL bank. paid the money but when I emailed the branch highlighting the RBI guidelines they blocked me.

@rblbank Today CS dept reached out via email to request ‘not close’ the account and reach out the branch to close the same in case no change of mind .
I repeated myself , my problem is the amount I paid to close my account which is against RBI guidelines.
Day 20 of my Luggage lost by @airvistara : they CONFIRMED my Luggage is LOST & want to compensate 300USD according to bag weight.
NOTE:
It has items worth more than 300USD.
I bought clothes during my stay in Bali .
I Seek reconsideration on my amount under Montreal Convention.
@airvistara Day 14 ,25th May : cs team says no update from airport team , social media team says bag lost , social media team DM me that we will process the compensation and no response after that. Airport team is making fool or the different depts have no clue on wt to say!
@airvistara why the case DOSUK10164 raised by Bali airport was closed saying “we will send the luggage when found” & same time I the customer was told “luggage was sent through same aircraft on 13th” ? Why your CS has no control and information over the situation?
@airvistara @airvistara Day 12: of talking to Vistara everyday , it feels like now I am stuck in a time loop of 24-48 hrs. That’s the only UPDATE CS has. For me ur 24-48 hrs = 264 hrs till now, yet your 24 hrs doesn’t end
@airvistara @airvistara If you conclude that I bag couldn’t be traced then why waiting for the so called “period”? Your rules are all to your convenience it seems !
@airvistara Aren’t you tired of copy pasting the same response everyday? Your CS team says the airport team is checking to cctv footage from past 3 days! One whole Team @Vistara is unable to trace my bag in 8 days, so called professionals!
