1st, under the consumer good service every online portal providing goods and services have to have return and exchange policy under the new law.

how can you have no return and no exchange policy for clothing without trails. I emailed immediately after trail only to find out there was no exchange and no return.
I will be making an official complaint for the grievence cause.. I spent 1500₹ on it.

The consumer are buying product based on the picture uploaded without trial. There is an ethical duty as a brand to provide exchange or store credit.
kindly take the product back while giving me store credit.
