It was Dinner time in the lab! A great touch up on MR between two previously placed clips with my partner @SpiesMd with an ADO2. This trick works well for this situation even acutely when a clip shifts on release and have MR between. #TMVR #ValveInCrazy #BASH

We did 3 TAVR this week during COVID 19 outbreak . At this moment our system is not collapsed ( 55% occupation in average) but may be will be collapsed in 2 weeks. We preferred to implant high risk patients now instead to wait 2 o 3 months. ( 1st sincope, 2nd 35% EF, 3rd 125 PG)
