i think its very easy in these situations to feel like resistance is futile or that we're powerless to the powers that be. in the words of another delegate "band together, burn shit down, get shit done" #nuslgbtplus19

and that is what this comes down to. so many, already seldom heard, voices will be further silenced through planned NUS reform. i plan to use my privileged situation and role as LGB+ officer to get my SU fully on our side. but so many are losing their voice and representation
