@FlySWISS - I always had a pleasant experience travelling with Swiss air. Hence I booked tickets with Swiss for my daughter to come from LA to BRU to celebrate our milestone 25th wedding anniversary.

I immediately demand refund of the amount charged (125 USD) and also compensate for the emotional damage caused for ruining the trip.

@FlySWISS - All it took was one rude, arrogant and racist staff to ruin the experience and spoil the mood.
Not sure if any target or commission is set for employees to cheat and loot people to make extra bucks from unsuspecting passengers.

I am seriously doubting if the high rating and reviews on google are genuine!!! This is seriously misleading people like us, who paid a premium

we had booked transport of our household goods from Mumbai to Ghaziabad on 26-April.

This was done based on your reputation and name in the market.
However, I have to admit, we were highly disappointed with the service.
Naam bade aur darshan chote!! 😔

4. Delivery at destination Ghaziabad was assured latest by 30 March but truck arrived on 31 March, causing extra expense for us to stay elsewhere for an extra night! This also is result of the other unloading (unethical).
Not to mention the “dadagiri” from the team

@beobank @bevrards @beobank this is completely unacceptable. Please explain the reason(s) for this never ending delay. You cannot just keep pushing the date by a year each time. It’s now more than 3 years delayed, while much smaller banks have done it.
