10/10 parenting. I will die on the hill that supporting young adults and staying right there with them as they climb into adulthood is one of the most important things you will ever, ever do as a parent.
You are allowed to experience joy while things in your life are unresolved. If you postpone happiness until everything is perfect, you’ll be postponing it forever.

But they stay manageable when you remember the depth of your real life- the people you love, the work you care about, the beautiful years still ahead. Zoom out. Fit your reaction to the size of the problem.
