These files are a BOMBSHELL.
Thanks to the @JudiciaryGOP, we now have proof that the EU has been actively censoring legal content that goes against their agenda—and that they interfered in at least 8 European elections, including the Dutch elections of 2023 and 2025, by meeting with social media platforms to pressure them to censor political speech in the days before the vote.
Leading up to the Dutch elections of 2023 the EU commission even made the then Dutch Interior Ministry @hugodejonge a "trusted flagger" entitled to make priority censorship requests under the DSA.
What kind of political speech did they want to censor, you ask?
- “Populist rhetoric”
- “Anti-government/anti-EU content”
- “Anti-elite” content
- “Political satire”
- “Anti-migrant and Islamophobic content”
- “Anti-refugee content/anti-immigrant sentiment”
- “Anti-LGBTQI content”
- “Meme subculture”
In other words, anything that goes against their agenda, anything remotely right-wing or conservative, and anything pertaining to the disastrous migrant situation we have here in Europe.
And guess what the only platform was that did not cooperate? @X, of course. The same platform that the EU is fining for 120 million euros under the DSA and the same platform that is currently having its offices raided in France.
This is the type of stuff over which governments should resign and institutions like the EU should fall. Democracy is dead.
Abolish the EU! Now!
🇪🇺 EUROPE’S WAR ON X IS A WAR ON DEMOCRACY
The EU claims its €120 million fine levied on X is about “transparency violations.” Don’t be fooled. This isn’t about checkmarks or ads. It’s about crushing political dissent - online, surgically, and with plausible deniability.
What’s really happening is simple: Europe’s ruling class is terrified of its own voters. Right-wing parties now lead in France, are rising fast in Germany, and could dominate the next UK election. So Brussels is dusting off the oldest playbook in the autocrat’s manual - if you can’t beat them at the ballot box, make sure their voices don’t reach the public.
X is the last wild frontier of digital speech. Facebook is a legacy ad machine. Instagram is for pictures of lunch. TikTok is filtered Chinese dopamine. X is where real-time politics happen, where narratives get torched and rebuilt in seconds, where outsiders punch through elite consensus. That's exactly why the EU wants it dead.
They can’t outlaw opposition parties (yet), so they’ll just silence their voices. Not by banning content - that would be too obvious - but by burying X under a slow-motion legal avalanche. Bureaucratic lawfare: a hundred paper cuts disguised as “safeguards.” Today it’s a fine for how blue checkmarks are labeled. Tomorrow it’s algorithmic audits. Eventually, it’s death by compliance.
This isn’t regulation. It’s regime maintenance.
And let’s talk about that regime. The EU is a place where actual voters don’t get to choose the real power brokers. Ursula von der Leyen wasn’t elected by the public. These people live in castles of bureaucracy, immune to democratic backlash. Their currency isn’t legitimacy - it’s control.
So when they say the Digital Services Act is “neutral,” laugh. When it’s only ever enforced in ways that just so happen to hobble the platforms that let conservative, populist, or nationalist voices thrive? The DSA is not a law - it’s a weapon, and it’s being aimed squarely at any system that allows ordinary people to organize, question, or vote against the elites’ script.
X is messy, but that’s the point. Democracy is messy. And in this era, defending democracy means defending the spaces where people can still speak freely - even if it offends Eurocrats in tailored suits.
This fine won’t be the last. The goal is clear: fine X into submission, tie it up in endless regulatory twine, bleed it dry until the only voices left online are pre-approved, sanitized, and safely irrelevant.
If you want to see what soft totalitarianism looks like, don’t look to Beijing. Look to Brussels.
And if you still think this is about “safety,” you haven’t been paying attention.

🇪🇺 ELON CALLS FOR FIDIAS TO LEAD THE EU
Elon voiced support for Fidias Panayiotou, a 25 year old Cypriot YouTuber who has entered the European Parliament.
The support followed a video from Fidias questioning the process behind Ursula von der Leyen’s re election and arguing it lacked democratic accountability.
The post spread across X and drew wide attention.
Fidias has positioned himself as an outsider in Brussels, calling for direct elections, large cuts to EU bureaucracy, and stronger protections for online free speech.
He has gained attention for challenging how EU leadership is selected and for openly criticizing institutional decision making.
The message is straightforward. Leadership should be accountable to voters rather than decided through closed political structures.

🇪🇺 EUROPE'S TRIPLE CRISIS: WHEN WELFARE, MIGRATION, AND CENSORSHIP COLLIDE
Europe fined Elon $140 million for running a platform that doesn't verify blue checkmarks while their continent literally cannot verify who enters their borders.
The contradiction perfectly captures the EU's terminal dysfunction: obsessed with controlling online speech while losing control of physical reality, spending 30% of GDP on welfare states that mass migration makes mathematically unsustainable, all while calling Americans backward for noticing their civilizational decline.
France spends 30.6% of GDP on social programs versus America's 19.8%.
Germany hits 27.9%, Italy 27.6%.
These welfare states were designed for homogeneous, high-trust societies with stable demographics.
Instead, Europe imported millions who consume more in benefits than they contribute in taxes, creating a fiscal death spiral that no amount of regulatory fines against American tech companies can fix.
When your social spending requires 47% of GDP in taxes just to stay afloat, and you're adding millions of welfare recipients annually, the math leads to one destination: collapse.
But rather than address this reality, Europe's response has been to silence anyone who mentions it.
The Digital Services Act isn't about protecting users from scams; it's about protecting politicians from accountability.
They demand X give "researchers" access to data not to study misinformation but to identify and suppress dissent.
When @TRobinsonNewEra points out that importing young men from violent cultures brings violence, they jail him.
When AfD mentions the obvious connection between mass migration and crime rates, they're called extremists.
The EU has decided that controlling the narrative matters more than controlling the borders.
The welfare state problem and migration crisis are inseparable, which is why Europe censors discussion of both.
Those generous social programs that Europeans love require high employment, high tax compliance, and low usage rates.
Mass migration from the developing world provides the opposite: low employment, informal economy participation, and maximum benefit consumption.
A Syrian refugee family of five in Germany receives more in monthly benefits than many Germans earn working.
This isn't sustainable, but saying so gets you investigated for hate speech.
Europe's leaders know this.
That's why they're desperate to control online discourse through laws like the DSA.
They can't stop the demographic replacement happening in their cities, but they can stop people from documenting it.
They can't prevent the welfare state from bankrupting itself, but they can prevent economists from explaining why.
They can't maintain social cohesion while importing millions who reject European values, but they can force platforms to delete posts that notice the contradiction.
The $140 million fine against X reveals the priority inversion.
Europe spends more time policing tweets than policing streets where native Europeans increasingly fear to walk.
They're more concerned about "deceptive" blue checkmarks than deceptive asylum claims.
They demand transparency from social media companies while operating the world's most opaque and nebulous bureaucracy.
The European Commission that can't calculate how it arrived at X's arbitrary fine wants to decide what constitutes truth online.
Trump and Vance are right that Europe faces civilizational erasure, but wrong about the mechanism.
It's not just immigration or cultural weakness; it's the toxic interaction between unsustainable welfare states, uncontrolled migration, and authoritarian censorship.
The welfare state attracts migrants who overwhelm it.
The resulting chaos demands censorship to maintain order.
The censorship prevents reform.
Each crisis reinforces the others in a doom loop that ends with either systemic collapse or authoritarian control.
Europe's solution has been to attack American companies that refuse to enforce their speech codes.
But fining X won't change the reality that France's banlieues are no-go zones, that Sweden has Europe's highest rape rates, or that Germany's crime statistics are carefully sanitized to hide immigrant overrepresentation.
You can force Elon to verify blue checkmarks, but you can't force reality to match your preferred narrative.
Every European knows what they see with their own eyes, regardless of what Brussels permits them to say online.
The tragedy is that Europe had choices.
They could have maintained sustainable immigration levels.
They could have reformed welfare states before demographics made it impossible.
They could have preserved free speech to enable honest debate about solutions.
Instead, they chose mass migration, expanded welfare, and digital authoritarianism.
Now they're fining American companies for insufficient censorship while their continent burns.
That $140 million fine is the price of denying what everyone already knows: Europe chose extinction, and censorship is just managing the decline.

🇪🇺 THE EU ISN’T BROKEN... IT’S WORKING AGAINST YOU!
Europe’s being run by people you can’t name, didn’t vote for, and can’t get rid of.
And people have the nerve of calling it a Democracy? Nah... That’s a power grab with better branding.
At the top of this mess is the European Commission, a squad of 32,000 unelected rule-makers who pass laws for 450 million people without asking once.
They fine companies for having the wrong icons and call it “protecting democracy.”
Meanwhile, the EU President is also unelected, but lectures the world on freedom. Cute.
And behind them? A swamp of NGOs, bankrolled by your taxes and billionaires like Soros, pushing radical policies no one voted for.
They lobby Brussels, Brussels funds them back, and the public? Completely cut out.
As Elon put it, “Your vote means nothing until the EU falls.”
Hard to argue when activist networks shape policy more than elected parliaments do.

🇪🇺 WHO ELECTED THEM? NO ONE. THE EU IS RULED BY A BUREAUCRATIC MACHINE, NOT DEMOCRACY
Call it what it is: the European Commission is not democratic. It’s not even close.
While Brussels lectures the world about democratic values and the rule of law, the truth is that the real power in the EU is held by people no one ever voted for. Not once. Not directly. Not democratically.
Yes, Europeans get to vote for Members of the European Parliament every 5 years. But here’s the dirty little secret: the Parliament can’t even propose laws.
It just votes on the ones handed down by the Commission, a group of appointed officials selected behind closed doors through political horse-trading, party deals, and elite negotiations. No public oversight. No transparency. No accountability.
Once in power, the Commission effectively runs the EU. It controls the legislative agenda. It shapes policy for 450 million people. It drafts the laws. It sets the tone. The Parliament, the only body with even a thin layer of democratic legitimacy becomes little more than a rubber stamp.
And citizens? They’re just spectators.
No say in who writes the laws. No say in who leads the Commission. No way to remove them when they fail. They can vote, yes, and then they can sit back and watch while unelected technocrats run the show.
The European Union is a democracy in name only. A stage play. A managed illusion.
And more people are starting to wake up to it, especially as they realize they’re not voting for leaders. They’re voting for figureheads. The real decisions are being made in smoke-filled rooms by people who never once faced the electorate.
If the EU wants to survive, it needs to stop pretending and start reforming.
Because people are tired of being ruled by a flag they didn’t choose and a Commission they didn’t elect.
And that frustration? It’s growing.
🇪🇺 So good to see the world wake up to the terrors of the European Commission
I hope all the attention helps European people via their country's governments force the European Union to reform and redesign its structure to one that's actually democratic
No indirect appointment of corrupt cronies but actual democracy close to the people
It also makes no sense to have 720 members of the European Parliament, it's simply too much and makes it too inefficient
The real cancer rotting the EU from within though is the European Commission which should be disbanded and replaced with a democratic body
FYI the European Commission consists of 32,000 paid civil servants and all it does it create laws that nobody agrees with
Europeans, you should keep posting about the terrors of the European Commission and vote parties into power in your country that can put real pressure on the EU to change and reform
🇪🇺 THE CASE FOR ABOLISHING THE EU: UNELECTED BUREAUCRATS TELLING 450 MILLION PEOPLE HOW TO LIVE
The European Union just fined X $140 million for refusing to censor content.
VP Vance called it "a fine for not engaging in censorship." And he's not wrong.
This is the same organization that nobody in Europe actually voted for making decisions about what hundreds of millions of people can say online. Let that sink in.
Here's the problem with the EU that nobody wants to admit: it's fundamentally undemocratic.
The European Commission, which proposes all EU legislation, is composed entirely of unelected commissioners. Not one.
The European Parliament, which citizens do elect, can't raise taxes, can't sack the Council of Ministers, and historically has had limited power compared to unelected bodies.
So who's actually running Europe? A small cadre of Brussels bureaucrats that citizens have zero direct control over.
The "democratic deficit," as scholars politely call it, isn't a bug. It's a feature.
The system was deliberately designed to be unresponsive to voters.
Now these unelected officials have decided they get to regulate speech across the entire internet through the Digital Services Act.
Platforms like X, Facebook, and YouTube face fines up to 6% of global revenue if they don't remove "illegal content" fast enough.
What's illegal? Whatever any single EU member state decides is illegal, which can include vaguely defined "hate speech" and "disinformation."
A House Judiciary Committee report found the EU uses the DSA to censor "core political speech" including humor and satire.
In a May 2025 workshop, EU regulators labeled a hypothetical post stating "we need to take back our country" as "illegal hate speech" that platforms must remove.
That's a common political statement in any democracy. But in the EU's view, it's forbidden.
Here's where it gets worse: because tech platforms operate globally and can't afford billions in fines, they often just remove content everywhere rather than risk EU penalties.
So Brussels bureaucrats are effectively censoring Americans too.
The lowest common denominator of European speech law becomes the global standard.
More than 100 free speech experts warned the EU that the DSA "constructs a pan-European censorship infrastructure with loosely defined boundaries and the potential to suppress legitimate democratic discourse."
The EU's response? Ignore them completely.
This isn't about protecting democracy, as EU officials claim. It's about control.
When unelected commissioners can fine platforms $140 million for refusing to censor, and nobody who made that decision faced voters, you don't have democracy.
You have technocratic authoritarianism with nicer branding.
The EU also represents a massive sovereignty problem.
Nation states that joined gave up democratic control to an interdependent union where Brussels makes decisions national parliaments used to handle.
Citizens can't vote out the people making the rules.
They're trapped in a system where power concentrates among elites disconnected from ordinary people.
Council of Ministers meetings happen behind closed doors. Minutes aren't public.
Even European Parliament representatives can't attend.
This is the body making binding laws for 450 million people, and citizens can't watch how decisions get made.
The argument for abolishing the EU is simple: unelected bureaucrats shouldn't have the power to regulate speech, override national sovereignty, and make laws that democratically elected governments can't change.
If Europeans want cooperation, they can do it through treaties between sovereign nations where voters actually control their representatives.
The EU promised prosperity and unity.
What it delivered was bureaucratic overreach, speech restrictions, and a system where citizens have less control over their lives than before.
Democratic nations shouldn't tolerate governance by unelected elites, no matter how nicely it's packaged.

THE DEATH OF FREE SPEECH IN EUROPE - HOW THE HELL DID WE GET HERE?
Free speech used to be Europe’s pride. People died for it. Dissidents were jailed for it. Movements rose because of it. Now? It’s being strangled with bureaucratic red tape, polite language, and massive fines disguised as virtue.
This week, the European Commission hit X with a €120 million fine under the Digital Services Act. The crime? Letting anyone buy a blue check. Seriously. Because in the technocratic minds of Brussels, a blue check is apparently a gateway drug to authoritarianism. Forget debating ideas - just crush the platform with the most dissent. Problem solved.
But it’s not just about Elon or X. Europe is making it clear: the new gatekeepers of truth wear suits, speak seventeen official languages, and love a good compliance report. These people don’t want open discourse - they want algorithmic harmony. The message is simple: post what we like, how we like, when we like - or else.
And that “or else” is getting scarier by the day. Romania annulled its presidential election - not because of fraud, but because of alleged “foreign interference.” Vague intel claims TikTok influencers (yes, TikTok) swayed voters toward an outsider. In response, the EU cheered while democracy faceplanted into the pavement. Apparently, democracy only counts when it votes the way Brussels wants.
“Foreign interference” has become the ultimate get-out-of-accountability card. It’s the censorship Swiss army knife. Don’t like a political movement? Call it Russian. Don’t like a meme? Blame it on bots. Want to shut down a conversation? Call it disinformation and let the regulators steamroll in. No evidence needed, just vibes - and a desire to silence anything that smells off-message.
The UK isn’t far behind either. It left the EU but seems hell-bent on keeping up with its worst instincts. More speech laws, more internet policing, and a growing appetite to criminalize “offensive” content. Apparently, Orwell didn’t write a warning - he wrote a policy proposal.
And so the question becomes: where is free speech actually free?
Enter the U.S - messy, loud, divided, chaotic. But still, by some miracle, clinging to the idea that speech isn’t something the government should regulate like it’s a tap. Sure, there are mobs, there’s cancel culture, there’s corporate cowardice - but at least the First Amendment still means something. At least here, regulators don’t get to decide which opinions are allowed based on EU-style “safety” checklists.
The sad truth is that Europe has become the land where speech goes to die - smothered under the weight of noble intentions and authoritarian execution. And if we don’t push back, that mindset won’t stop at X. It won’t stop at Romania. It won’t stop until debate itself is treated like a threat.
We got here because our leaders stopped trusting people and started trusting power. We stayed here because it’s easier to comply than to question. But if speech isn’t free, then neither are we. And if Europe keeps this up, it won’t be defending democracy - it’ll be embalming it.
