@westcoastbill Ideally followers who have been transferred to a different account would receive a notification informing them of the change. The person who transfers accounts could also make a courtesy post so as to limit confusion.

@BigImpactHumans By outside twitter I mean outside of twitter control. Obviously within twitter would be an ideal place to facilitate transaction. An auction template would be nice. Maybe with different formats such as silent or not with various durations. Twitter could charge a fee possibly

@BigImpactHumans I like how twitter is taking ownership of the unused accounts instead of letting the proceeds go to the owners of the accounts.

If one were to sell an account it would have to be outside of twitter and within the active account scope
