I playtested Spellbook Shuffle by @JackRosetree. It's a neat little memory-based game where players are exploring a dungeon and have to be able to find what they need as they explore. @nonepub#playtest
I had a blind playtest of Hyper Fling. The rulebook needs some work, but the playtesters played a pretty good game. I'm glad to hear that my examples helped them understand. #playtest#HyperFling@BreakMyGameG
I playtested another game last night: SandWitches by Philip Erikson. Fitting in with the spooky season, players are witches... making sandwiches. It was a pity I didn't win, but at least I have a sandwich to console me. #playtest@BreakMyGameG
I just playtested Cardtography by @ZachSockol. It's a neat little cooperative game about building out trails and defeating monsters with the terrain. Sadly, the monsters got us, but maybe next time we'll be luckier. #playtest@BreakMyGameG
Think the Dinocrats are endangered in this picture? Maybe, but they still elected the same amount politicians as the Rhinopublicans. Just look at the lines to see how they managed it. #gerrymandering#playtest
A playtest of Hyper Fling at our Wednesday night meetup. I tweaked the rules and will be tweaking them again, but I think it's very close to completion. #playtest#boardgames
@StartPlayer@BreakMyGameG It's amazing how a small change in boundaries can alter the outcome. I also include campaigning, and demographic shifts in my game.
My first playtest of Gerrymandering on https://t.co/k26edn4MCg. I still have some kinks to work out, but it's a solid experience. I'm testing a new card and tweaking some mechanics. @BreakMyGameG#playtest#Gerrymandering
@StartPlayer@BreakMyGameG I backed that on Kickstarter, my copy is on the shelf about ten feet away. It's a good game, and mine is significantly different. Thank you though!
I just playtested The Power Behind the Thrones by @maltezefalkon. It's a feudal power fantasy where power brokers manipulate the great houses and gain political favor. I won due to a few well-timed assassinations and placing the right people into power. #playtest@BreakMyGameG
I playtested Antiquitus by Cole Shrader at @BreakMyGameG's Sunday playtest. It's a game about excavating different archeological sites and then displaying different sets. I happened to be the best at it, putting on the best displays. #boardgame#playtest
I just tested The TVA by Jay Bucciarelli at @BreakMyGameG's Monday test. I won by successfully making myself so suspicious they killed me, which happened to be my victory condition! #playtest#boardgame
I playtested Solar Dominion: Orbital Strike by @drakekin at @BreakMyGameG Sunday playtesting! My opponent kamikazed an uninjured ship through an asteroid field just to get a chance to damage one of my vessels. I came close to ramming one of his ships too. #playtest#boardgame
I playtested Seize the Peach by Chris Farrell at @BreakMyGameG Sunday playtesting! It's a capture the flag game (or, rather, seize the peach game) where players control teams of magical fey creatures attempting to steal the sweet fruit. #playtest#boardgame
I playtested Star Colonies by Lawrence Davies at @BreakMyGameG Sunday playtest. You can find out more at https://t.co/4Qek5gUFa4 I played a very different game than the rest of the players, but I was getting loads of money. #playtest#boardgames
I playtested Best Tower Defense Ever? by Caleb Segura at @ProtospielO. It is indeed a tower defense and has a lot of depth to it. Construct towers, halt enemies, and prevent your village from being crushed. But to win you must face more powerful enemies. #boardgame#playtest
Played Megapulse by @JeuxOrion at @ProtospielO! I rammed my opponents off the track, ground them against walls, and hit the nitrous to ride to a smooth victory. It was fun and amusing, a racing game with some aggression. Simple to pick up and play and beautiful visuals. #playtest
I playtested Witches' Quarrel @WitchesQuarrel at @nonepub! It is an amazing game with a very neat narrative structure and expansion. I cannot wait for this one to be published. #playtest#boardgame
