Done with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ₹279 was deducted on 20/07/26, but netflix remains inactive and updates are completely false. It's been 8+ days without proper resolution or acknowledgment. Cancelling my OTT subs. and Fiber connection immediately. Issue full refund ASAP!

Disappointed with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia support. Payment of ₹279 deducted on 20/07/26 (UTR 103697410713) for Xstream, yet Netflix access remains inactive. No resolution for 5 days except incorrect updates about failed deduction. Requesting an immediate refund.
