@tvsmotorcompany If there was no cashless facility available, why was I pressured into purchasing insurance through the dealership? This appears to be an unfair trade practice intended to earn commissions at the expense of customers. Request immediate intervention and investigation.

@tvsmotorcompany I was compelled by M/s Khurkhuriya TVS Agency, Tikamgarh (MP) to purchase insurance through them while buying my TVS Apache RTR 160 4V. I was denied the option of choosing my own insurer and was told that future repairs would be problematic otherwise.

After my recent accident, the same dealership informed me that they do not have a cashless arrangement with the insurance company (National Insurance). I am now being asked to pay the entire repair cost upfront and seek reimbursement later.
