@riteshgpt@RIL_Updates It’s not just spaceX, it could be anything. We want healthy competition. We want some kind of reliable options. Otherwise these people treat us as like they are the boss and we don’t have choice.
JioFiber customer support = “great process, zero ownership.”
Internet down since Sunday due to a street cable issue (confirmed by their engineer). Promised Monday fix. Still down.
Call support? No context, no history, just read the ticket and reschedule.
Appellate? Polite assurances, same tools, another reschedule. Which i can do that myself in app.
Email? AI ignores everything and replies the same canned line: “Our engineers are working on the issue.”
Ask ETA? Same reply
Ask who ones this ticket? Same reply
Ask anything else? Same reply
Request ID: SR00003CYR8T (still OPEN)
Plenty of channels. Zero ownership.

Update: I have now sent an executive‑level escalation email to Amazon, including the grievance officer, with full tracking evidence for Tracking ID 369660889838. The package is still not delivered despite repeated “OTP not available” remarks even when I am available at the address.
Requesting urgent action and a senior callback. @AmazonHelp@amazonIN
Amazon Shipping. One of my parcel is out for delivery for the past 7 days and every alternate day, delivery agent marks it with fake status and going back to final destination. I keep sending mail to Amazon and they keep saying it’s escalated. Really Amazon ? How bad your service is and no option to call back as well.
@amazonIN@amazon
@AmazonHelp OMG, really? I already told I did many times and no use. And still your response is same? Thinking is this AI or human? 🤔
@JeffBezos, no customer care number for paid delivery business?
I did, and it’s been a week with 4-5 emails back and forth. What else do you want me to do?
Give me the Amazon shipping customer care number. I want to talk to a real human and escalate. I’m even ready to take legal action if needed, because I paid for this parcel, not just random free delivery, and the content inside is mine, not an Amazon shopping item.
Your “call back” option is not enabled unless the email given in the parcel is registered to an Amazon account, which it’s not.
I did a week ago and till now 4-5 emails to you guys, from the same link you shared. And the response I get is ‘its escalation you will get your parcel as soon as possible’. define what is as soon as possible? A week? The fun part is Even after escalated (as you guys mention in your email) how is your delivery executives marking my parcel with fake status at the end of the day?
