The customer care of Flipkart is worst and the replacement policy is also poor.Due to this I got frustrated , till no my problem was not solved, and the status was not updated kindly refund my money.Worst customer service by Flipkart.@flipkartsupport@Flipkart

I ordered a creative sound bar #Order ID - (OD327054272250557100) on Jan 14 and got it delivered on Jan 19and i got a defective item , so i made a return on the same day. Still today the replacement product is not initiated and the technical visit also

got much delay , after technical visit also there is no update.I called more than 30 times to Flipkart customer care ,there is no proper response and the waiting time to connect the higher official also 20 minutes, after also the call disconnects. @flipkartsupport
