🚨 Moorpark father Stephen Chavez pleaded guilty to incest with his 18-year-old daughter after supplying her alcohol and received just 1 year in jail plus 3 years probation, avoiding prison even after she later died by suicide.

Chavez had sex with his daughter Makayla after buying more alcohol for them to drink at home following a family gathering. She had moved in with him to attend college.
