@TTRPGifs Playing a "boring" human to the 11 we let ourselves exist at as more fantastical races is very fun. e.g. I think it's cool to take frequent in-universe descriptors of humans as "adaptable, exploratory..." to make a character who's ridiculously ride-or-die and down for anything!
