My internet connection and landline is not working since 10:30 pm. I tried reaching out to your messenger channel but the chat agents are useless and did not offer any help before ending the session. Pls restore service ASAP as it is affecting my ability to work

@SMARTCares pangit ng customer service nyo, mga pikon pa yata. umiikot ikot lang kami sa verification which does not make any sense kasi tinatanong yung load ko. eh hindi ko nga ma access kasi inactive yung sim na pinalit dun sa luma kong sim
@SMARTCares@LiveSmart Nagpa upgrade ako ng LTE sim nung Saturday, January 21 pero up to now hindi pa rin active yung replacement sim. Sabi dun sa Smart business center 30 minutes lang daw para maging active. Pakigawan nyo naman ng paraan

@SKYserves walang reliability kahit kelan. Habang nag present ako sa meeting nalaglag ako. Tapos pag maningil kayo buo pa talaga kaso yung service nyo kulang kulang
