The election officer should be from the authority only as far as RWA elections of Omaxe Palm Greens Sector Mu are concerned. In AoA Board there are two groups one comprises 7 other 2 in AoA Board. The group of 7 take decisions from the house only mentioning that they are in the majority. For any GBM agenda item is not disclosed in detail. Just a bullet point not envisaging any change in policy. In GBM this policy manipulation is imposed as a sudden shock. There should be a detailed forensic audit which is need of the Society. The person who blew the whistle, the so called whistle blower was served a show cause notice. Other person was served a show cause for increasing Fixed deposits. It's something unique that can happen in omaxe palm greens Society.

It was there in the morning around 8.45 a.m on the Mayur Vihar Flyover opposite Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Metro Station. Total traffic was very slow due to this bus that broke down on 20.5.26. The condition of the bus was pathetic.

The persons supposed to control traffic during peak hours keep talking on phone as if traffic congestion and regulation is not their cup of tea. All autos overloaded with passengers drive in the wrong direction against traffic coming from Delhi. Efficiency gets activated in two case scenarios - photography and alert mode traffic control gets started after seeing inspection by seniors or seeing a private bus/truck. Lot of improvement is required at Pari Chowk crossing. This country is meant only for VIP's only, other being considered as a cattle class tax payer.

We just experienced the Fire at Gaur Green Avenue Housing Society Indiraparam. The learnings are it is high time money is doled out for high priority much needed Fire Fighting infrastructure in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Fire tenders could not spray water higher than two floors. The water spraying speed was dismal. The reaction time needs to be reduced drastically. The income tax department says be a partner in nations progress. But when it comes accountability of Home department of UP under which Fire fighting system falls the reaction time for a common tax payer gets increased drastically. Are we waiting for an incident more serious than Gaur Green Avenue where 8 flats got totally burnt.
Please use your good offices to ensure a fire fighting system that do not discriminate between common citizen and a VIP and reaction time is drastically reduced.
