@PlushForums The point of my post is I advise people either:
- Create the forum themselves for free using open-source software if they have the technological know-how
- Pay once and hire someone to create forum for them

Both are better than paying money forever in subscription fees

With all the forum closures going on nowadays, here is my advice to ppl looking to start their own:

Do not pay for forum software

They offer you nothing that you can't recreate using completely free software and some programming knowledge
