@charltonlashley One of the bigger reasons I take care of myself and eat really healthy. I might be dependent on insulin, but I can take less, and not need other medications. A small way to throw a 🖕🏻at big pharma and the government.

@pagerorpump For real! I’m normally 90% or high 90’s time in range. But I was struggling tooth and nail to be in the high 70’s to low 80’s%

Today has been good tho, so maybe diabetes just wanted to give us all hell for a few days? Lol

@delldroid I do yoga 6-7 days a week, and work out 5 days a week. For about 1 to 2 hours.
