@Adam82Blues @mrandrewmoon Reasonable point although suspect that’s not why I didn’t happen (he would have been under contract until 30 June and also Swanson had surgery mid-April, which put him out for rest of last season). Cost probably no more than a week of his salary and now he’s out 4-6 weeks!

@LostTransport @HancockAnalysis Players at every level of football are having a go at each other all the time! Pretty much the only things you can’t say are racist (why the rule was rightly introduced), homophobic or something so vile it’s virtually never said (talking about family etc).

@PompeyGH @CamGpfc Exactly. Even if we pay the fees and match wages (which we probably won’t), most players will opt for more established Champ clubs with better squads/ facilities/ coaching/ chance of promotion. We only get the players these clubs don’t want (but they can’t sign them all).
