No TTE or railway staff has come to check the Sleeper coach yet. Unauthorized passengers are occupying reserved seats and blocking the passage. Ladies and elderly passengers are facing serious inconvenience. Kindly take immediate action.

Our Godrej AC was working fine before service. After general service by @GodrejAppliance, water started leaking within 5 mins. We raised complaints, but they keep saying the service boys are in training. Still no proper help. Now they say repairs cost 3–4K. Worst service ever.
