Nightmarish experience with @urbancompany_UC this time. Shortlisted wall panels on Sunday and was guaranteed that it will get installed by Tuesday. After multiple follow ups, delays in delivery, 15-20 calls, chats with call centers, they sent the wrong panels!

No improvement today either! Got a couple of calls from their call center yesterday confirming no more delays but 4th day this week where no milk is delivered. @_countrydelight @MilkCountry very sad to see such bad service.

@_countrydelight used to deliver amazing service earlier. It's become so pathetic nowadays. Delayed almost every alternate day and this week did not get the milk 3 days. No updates, no messages, no calls. Only when I call they just say sorry and that's it. Stopping subscription.
