We thought the challenge was collecting feedback.
Three years ago, RE/MAX Chile started using woku with 800 agents. The real problem was distribution.
So we connected woku to their CRM and WhatsApp.
Today, 1,500+ agents can check their reviews to make better decisions.
Most CX software stops at collecting feedback.
We think that’s the wrong endpoint.
When something goes wrong, the system should understand it, talk to the customer, and trigger the fix.
That’s what we’re building at Woku.
Not another dashboard. A closed loop.

The US government just ordered Anthropic to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 over national security. Anthropic is complying but calls it a misunderstanding: the alleged jailbreak only surfaced minor flaws other public models already find.

One random thought while we were building today:
The best feedback doesn’t come from fancy surveys.
It comes when you make it so easy that customers actually want to give it.
That’s it. That’s the whole game.
Elon just posted that Grok Imagine swept the entire video generation leaderboard and it’s actually wild.
They went from not even being in the conversation a few months ago to straight-up owning all four categories and beating Sora, Veo, and Kling.
Crazy how fast this is moving.
Man Google just dropped TurboQuant and it's actually wild.
They're compressing LLMs down to 3 bits per parameter in the KV cache with literally zero accuracy loss and shrinking the KV memory footprint by 6x while making everything run way faster.
It honestly proves the same lesson we keep seeing: people really dont want to learn new tools. They want the AI to just show up exactly where they already work.
No new app no new login no learning curve. Just seamless inside the stuff they open every day. Thats when adoption actually explodes.
Man one of the craziest things happening right now is Claude literally taking control of your entire computer. Mouse keyboard apps everything.
It honestly hit me hard because it proves the same lesson we keep seeing: people really dont want to learn new tools. They want the AI to just show up exactly where they already work.
No new app no new login no learning curve. Just seamless inside the stuff they open every day. Thats when adoption actually explodes.
One huge lesson we learned building woku: never make users learn a new platform.
The second they have to figure out a whole new app, most people just bounce. The learning curve kills everything.
The real move is meeting them where they already live like Slack, Teams, or WhatsApp. With AI today you can skip the complicated UI and create natural conversations right inside the tools they open every day. Adoption suddenly feels effortless.

ok real talk: here's why we named it Woku (and no it's not the spicy Indonesian dish).
back in late 2022 we started out as Work Human. We liked the idea but honestly the name was too long and clunky. It just didn't feel right.
🧵👇
We didn’t start Woku because we wanted to build an AI company.
We started it because we knew what it felt like to lose customers and not fully understand why it happened.
Then you begin to notice the pattern:
the signals were there,
but no one caught them in time.
Woku came from that frustration.
From wanting to make visible the things that usually get lost before anyone has the chance to do something about them.
