@careinsuranceIN Today marks 1 month since I submitted my medical claim, yet the status remains unchanged! Why are you refusing to accept soft copies of documents? The claim is only 32k and the process has become a nightmare. What if the claim amount were in lakhs? Is this your customer service?

@NPCI_BHIM since last 4 days continuously facing problem. Bhim is not working. When open app then verify mobile number and after that enter passcode .. it's says Ops Something Went Wrong. Please try after sometime .
