I bought a flat in 2010 from Ansals and still have not received it, as Ansals has defaulted.

For 16 years, I have been waiting and have taken a loan from LIC Housing Finance.

I kept begging LIC to stop taking my EMIs, but they always told the guard to show me the exit gate.

बैंक कभी ये चार्ज तो कभी वो चार्ज लगाकर नागरिकों को लूटते रहते हैं, जबकि सुभाष चंद्रा का 22 हजार करोड़ का लोन एक झटके में खत्म हो गया है।

NCLT जैसे कानून और संस्था मोदी सरकार 2016 में किसके लिए लाई थी? अपने चहेते कॉर्पोरेट के लिए, जो देश को 20 लाख करोड़ से ज्यादा का चूना लग�� चुके हैं।

LIC से लोन कैसे मिला यह बेहद संदिग्ध मामला है। देश में लोन घोटालों का युग है, आप भी कॉर्पोरेट कंपनी खोलिए; मोदी सरकार आपको करोड़पति से अरबपति एक झटके में बनवा देगी।

When your core voters are disillusioned with you, the last thing, the absolute last thing, you should do is shame them.

This is Ajay Alok, BJP's national spokesperson. Today, he made a video criticizing, in a condescending tone, those GCs expressing anger with the BJP. If he was told by the party to do it, God help the party. And if he did it on his own initiative, thinking he would get noticed by the high command by attacking GCs despite being a GC himself, thereby getting better positions, then the party must show him the door to control the damage he has done.

The funny part is that he joined the BJP only in 2023. Before that, he was in the LJP, BSP, and JDU, and now he is preaching faith in the party to GCs.

What is even more ironic is that both of his children are US citizens. They will not be affected by the reservation politics here, and yet he is gaslighting GCs who are speaking out against reservation. In his follow-up tweets, he even called those GCs disgruntled with the BJP "nasli bewafa."

गुरुग्राम से आया हर वीडियो बता रहा है कि शहर में पानी निकालने का सिस्टम नहीं है। स्कूल बसें डूब रही हैं। यह एक नया शहर था, नए सिरे से बसा फिर इसकी समस्या पुराने बसे शहरों की तरह क्यों हैं? इसका समाधान सोचा जाना चाहिये। ज़िला प्रशासन को खुल कर बताना चाहिए कि उनके अनुसार गुरुग्राम की समस्या के क्या कारण हो सकते हैं? ठीक होगी या न���ीं होगी? वहाँ के रहने वाले लोग अगर नहीं बोलेंगे तो फिर बदलाव कैसे आएगा? पाँच घंटे जाम में रह लेंगे, एक घंटे के लिए प्रदर्शन नहीं कर सकते? वहाँ के लोग हर तरह से सक्षम है।उन्हें पूरा अधिकार है कि अच्छी व्यवस्था मिले। न मिले तो क्या करना चाहिए? सरकार से पूछनी चाहिए उसकी बात, फिर बहस करनी चाहिए। बेकार बना दिए गए एक शहर में सौ करोड़ का फ़्लैट ख़रीद लेने से शहर अच्छा नहीं हो जाता है। अफ़सोस कि गुरुग्राम के लोगों को अच्छा शहर नहीं मिला और उसके लिए लोगों ने मिलकर कोशिश भी नहीं की।

Sh @NayabSainiBJP ji, due apologies, but this needs to be said again -does nothing move you to provide massive deployment and administrative support to the sinking Gurugram?

This year we again saw the same strength of people and the same slew of reel announcements, and yet we are simply not getting anywhere. Which part of Gurgaon do you see where the drains are clear, the gutters are functioning, and there is no malba piled along the roadsides, blocking the flow of water?

And it’s going to get worse in the next few weeks, with waste fires, massive dust clouds and unchecked construction ,all converging with dry winter days. Dhool, dhuaa, smog -the shroud is just around the corner.

Little children to the ageing population live in this city -real people and the suffering is real too . But obviously, you can only see realty growth!

You simply zoom in and zoom out of Gurugram, announcing more and more projects, but without taking the real, immediate good-governance steps that the city desperately needs. The public cries its heart out. Children are under trauma most days.

Do you think Cyber Hub, high-rises or shopping malls are all that Gurgaon cares for? How sadly mistaken you are.

Mukhya Mantri ji, the city needs a battalion, possibly Defence chiefs and an Army battalion, to rein in the mafia running and ruining the city!

And shift yourself and the Cabinet to Gurgaon for one real-life experience of all seasons -without the perks and privileges of VVIP culture!!

Be human. Be real. Be a leader.
