The other day another agent called and asked when I will pay premium even after premium had been paid. When I emailed asking PNB metlife they did not reply
@PNBMetlife1 Even after written confirmation that my number has been put on DND - PNB metlife service agents keep calling. On asking he says he has no idea as this database has been given by his company PNB metlife.

@AmazonHelp Once again an irrelevant reply - the email was sent on Wed, Jul 29, 10:38β―AM - it is now 36 hours (i.e. 3 times the 12 hours u have suggested). Please stop playing the fool around. if u all want to assist be serious
@amazonIN All of a sudden Amazon service quality has fallen drastically - repeated wrong deliveries, short deliveries. Another disturbing trend leaving deliverables at the security gate without any information - have brought this to Amazon's notice but Amazon seems least bothered
@AmazonHelp another bot based reply - if you all are really interested then refer to the earlier tweets in this series refer to the data already shared. even my email has not been replied to.
@AmazonHelp And what will happen? just waste my time and get irritated. Even email has not been replied. U all are AI bots - because the repetition is so mechanical
@AmazonHelp Same carelessness repeated - please read the tweet and respond - in the tweet I have very clearly mentioned that all I got was an apologetic email - so what are u asking me to read without even reading the tweet I have sent
@AmazonHelp 12 hours have come and gone all I got was an apologetic email for the inconvenience - not a solution to the repeated instance of deliverables dumped at the security - earlier also I had shared feed back/complaint but nothing happens
@AmazonHelp The delivery person tells the security guard of our housing society that it doesn't matter whether me the customer get it or not - If I don't get it I will complaint Amazon will refund. he just dumps and leaves
@AmazonHelp Why does the delivery person dump the product at the security and go away - is there no way to stop this nuisance. I made repeated complaints but Amazon turns a deaf ear
