@networkhomesuk Resident safety seems low on Network Homes’ priority list. This door has been broken for over 6 months and stays open for anyone to enter, and still they fail to fix it properly despite multiple complaints.

Aug 2021: Your EWS1 is TBC.
Mar 2022: we have no date for your EWS1. You cannot sell, rent or remortgage.

Received £700 bill ON TOP OF service charges which have DOUBLED in five yrs from @networkhomesuk. £500 apparently needed to work out if our flat is as dangerous as Grenfell. Got a result saying “Medium Risk” - no action since AUGUST 2020

@GolfshotGPS@danhall94 I’ve had the same issue for the past couple of months even with a strong data connection. I’ve also tested it at home with WiFi. I emailed the support team weeks ago but got no response. I have a Pro subscription too
