Grofers have been looting us and not providing the services we need. They are charging 15/- for sanitisation which i dont understand why the customer should pay. Because when i recieve the product they are thrown away in fron of my gate on the road rather than inside my house on

the baskets i have made for the delivery person to keep the products in. 15/- then and there gone. Delivery personal are not wearing mask/gloves or santizing their hands before they are handling any one's bag.
