@KLMIndia It's been one year, I am requesting your help for anything in terms of refund or vouchers that can avail me for my future travels. Being almost a year, any further delay will push me to opt for a legal route where I will be forced to file a case through consumer court.

@KLMIndia Seems like we are continuously beating around the bush and there is no progress and we are being cheated by your customer care department. We are continuously being told that the refund has been processed but it has not reached my bank account yet.

@KLMIndia I would like to bring to your notice, regarding the rigorous follow-up we are doing with the KLM refunds team and not getting any help. It's being over a year, I have booked round trip tickets from DEL-ORD (4 in number) & not able to travel amid the Pandemic
