@myQConnect my garage door opener will not connect to myQ servers. It says it’s connected to WiFi and I see it in my app but it says reconnect your device or troubleshoot. Is your server down?

@TomFew @myQConnect I tried when I got home. I was able to get everything hooked up and now have access to my garage but live view still is not working for me. I see I am connected to WiFi and have enough battery but I just get a spinning wheel then an error when trying to access live view.

@TomFew @myQConnect I saw a message displayed this morning saying there was an issue with cameras. I have no access to my garage right now only with my phone since the keypad is disconnected. Gunna try again tonight when I get home to reconnect to WiFi and see if it’s cleared

@myQConnect when is the video outage gunna be fixed? My garage door opener connects to WiFi but then says reconnect your device or troubleshoot. The only access I have right now is my phone. No issues with my garage door just the video door opener.
