Adyar Ramkay Service sucks! And Their employees drowning the company reputation and my 7 years relationship with them.
Requesting TVS team to address this immediately.
But Thilak literally said that he has another work and asked to check someone else. I got pissed off and approached manager again, Manager went near another employee sasi to fill the job card, That sasi also literally avoided to fill the job card in front of me
which made me pissed of to the core and i felt the worst attitude with Sasi and Thilak. Adding to the note, similarly two more customers were fighting in front of me about service issue.
One of the receptionist woman said me to put job card in order to take back vehicle for disk change. I said to proceed. I have been waiting for some employee to enter job card about my details but none responded and i went near one of the employee Thilak to fill the job card,
All these arguments were happening in front of service manager Senthil Velan and he failed to involve and keep watching the argument. I silently took my bike and came back home since showroom closing time has come.
Sad part was again my cone set noise again comes and today i took back my bike to service center and made huge argument and one of their mechanic came and addressed the issue finally. Now i asked them to arrest the disk noise by changing disk plate and pad.
I asked the team that you should have diagnosed properly before agreeing for suspension change and they should have informed me about the disk issue but they failed to inform since they itself not aware about that and they are very in efficient employees.
and which made them to remove disk plate and since my disk plate and pad was weakened, disk pad became like powder and fell down so they couldn’t control the noise and i had to replace the disk plate and disk pad to address that complaint.
and something happened while servicing so i asked them to check, immediately two of the employees (Sasi and Thilak) starts arguing who attends complaint using job card mentioning that was due to suspension replacement they had to remove back wheel to install new suspension
They started arguing with me that i have come only for cone set complaint and suspension replacement so we cannot address another complaint and if you want then you have to give a service. I said them that i agree with the condition but the new noise was not my mistake
So after two days i am going to collect back my bike, did a test drive to check whether my complaints were addressed properly or not. I was hearing new noise in rear disk plate which i never faced before. I asked service team regarding noise at rear disc plate.
They made an entry with job card and took my bike and promised to deliver in three days but when I enquired over the phone they said delivery in two days, after some argument service team agreed to deliver in two days.
Then i went out of town and had some works so I couldn’t take it back to Ramkay service. Two days back i took my bike and informed the service regarding my cone set noise and also I requested them to change my rear suspension since it became very hard.
and After delivery , 2nd day onwards i am hearing some noise in cone set which replaced two days back, so i again went to same service center and they made some minor tweaks but same complaints repeats next day itself.
For past 7 years i am regularly servicing my Apache RTR 200 at Adyar Ramkay TVS chennai. But past three service i am not satisfied with the service at Adyar Ramkay TVs. January 2024 i made my last service and had few complaints and they have changed some spares and charged for it
