Roblox removed Guests 9 years ago.

Guests were a feature introduced in September 2008, which allowed users to play without registering an account. Guests would appear in the leaderboard with numbers, ranging from 0 to 9999. Roblox stored which Guest ID you would receive, and using a cookie editor, some users changed their ID commonly to “666” or “1337” to mess with players.

Guests avatars were originally based on the Roblox account's appearance, but eventually, Roblox made three accounts called “BillyBloxxer”, “BettyBloxxer”, and “DefaultGuest”. Users who selected to play as a boy, girl, or genderless would have the corresponding avatar of those three accounts, respectively.

From 2008 to 2014, Guests had “Super Safe Chat” which had custom message presets to send. From 2014 to their official removal in 2017, they could not speak.

As the guy who got him into RDC in the first place (through a +1), I have to say that what he did was incredibly irresponsible and selfish.

When he came to me and asked for an invite, he did not tell me anything about his plan to interrupt the RDC stage. He did not mention that once to me, or any of his friends, which Matt himself admitted in his interview with Chris Hansen.

I have known Matt for quite some time (and no, he is not my manager, he's just a YouTube friend who I registered to RDC as a business partner) and he always seemed level-headed and respectful. So when he told me that he wanted to do a simple interview with people there for his video, I decided to give him my +1, because I'm blessed enough to be in a position where I can give a smaller creator this opportunity. Unfortunately I wasn't able to go myself due to plans, but I happily allowed my friend to fill in my role and say hi to everyone for me.

Which is why I was absolutely shocked when I heard about what he did at RDC. In hindsight I definitely should not have trusted him with my +1.

While I sort of understand his thought process on why he did it, I think it was extremely careless of him to pull a stunt like that without considering how it would impact my career, and all of his friends' careers. It also holds back the entire movement because bro what kids are you protecting by shouting "WE DESERVE BETTER" on stage? 😭😭😭

We've talked things out and I've forgiven him, so don't go harass him or anything. But because of his actions, I'm now banned from attending future RDC events and I'm currently at risk of losing my own Roblox account, which is why I'm making this tweet to explain a bit of my side.

With that all said, I apologize on behalf of Matt and to all the people he might've affected or scared at RDC.
