But I can find that in the linked reference. Best I can find is:
Investors bought nearly a quarter of U.S. single-family homes that sold last year.

@AJBeezyBetta This is the rule in question. I’ve seen the explanations and they always leave out this part about coming to a complete stop… why? Is there another rule that is in play? Because if not those explanation by “pros” are wrong
