18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72, 81, 90
The following are multiples of 3 but not 6:
27, 45, 63, 81
Tens digit greater than the ones…so this leaves:
63 and 81
Finally, 81 is square (9x9), the answer must be 63!
