I'm trying to download Mar 23 invoice but every time i get error. To resolve this i have reached out to Jio care via email and phone call. All the time i just get standard steps to download. People behind the calls/email support just know copy paste of step

@HathwayBrdband Sure, let's what happens. I just received a call again from sales team who was asking me to recharge. As per her, account is in deactivated status not in terminated status.
