Had the privilege of visiting Dr B.R. Ambedkar House in London, the residence where Babasaheb stayed while pursuing his studies at LSE.

Walking through its rooms, I felt a deep sense of awe. This was where a young man, once suppressed by caste in India, rose through knowledge to command respect in London and later became the chief architect of the Constitution of India.

What touched me most was seeing the historic picture of Thanthai #Periyar and Dr #Ambedkar in conversation.

Why sense of Scepticism within the MHA ?
Even after Leading Operations across the Length and Breadth across India Losing their lives , losing limbs and Hands and leaving behind wailing Families in the line of Duty the CAPF Officers need to prove their Loyalty to the MHA ?
Are these CAPF Officers who get Commissioned at the Rank of Assistant Commandant (GROUP-A Officers) some Imported mercenaries or what ?
I have nothing against IPS Officers rather I respect every Profession that Contributes to National Security and Nation Building IPS being one of them but can’t rule out Gross Injustice with CAPF Officers and their Family members.
These Conspiracy theories that they will start “Turf Wars” are based on mere speculations and nothing else. These same CAPF Officers Operate In Hostile environments implementing the Writ of the State but when it comes to leadership role same Officers are unsuitable.

There was always a Lack of Clarity within the Government and their Approach to give leadership role to CAPF Officers. If some Ex-servicemen orgs go and file petition in the Court and some CAPF officer renders online support to such orgs that are fighting for the rights of CAPF Officers it doesn’t mean that they aren’t performing their duties. Rather the Ex-Servicemen Orgs representing CAPF Officers chose a legal way respecting the rule of law and all this while CAPF Officers kept performing their duties while following orders from the Seniors Set above them. Same CAPF Officers Were awarded Gallantry Awards for performing exceptionally well, same CAPF Officers lost their legs and hands getting injured while performing their duties.

As far as People Friendly and Humanitarian Approach things are Concerned we all have seen how CRPF used to Operate in J&K when Anti-India Sentiments were on the Rise and Stone pelting used to take place on a Regular basis. The same CRPF Officers along with their Inspectors and ORs used to perform their duties and there were no IPS officers deputed to CRPF used to be Present on ground while Securing key areas in Srinagar and tackling Stone pelting without using any Lethal Weapons and only Using that pallet gun that was Authorised to them as a Deterrent. There were occasions when these Stone pelters while Rushing back and Escaping fom Police fell into Lake in the Outskirts of Srinagar and guess what who saved them ?
These same CRPF Personnel, so it won’t be prudent to say that CAPF Officers and personnel lack people centric and humanitarian approach.
