We must remember, two things can be true at once, tho I suspect one here is cause, the other effect.

In all 3, while docs may’ve cited post-Roe as a reason for delays, each state had exceptions for miscarriage mgt & lifesaving needs. Blaming @SenSusanCollins’ vote seems a tenuous link.
