2. Fundamental reform of HoL.
3. Introduce PR.
4. Abolish the PM honours list.
5. Renationalise water energy and rail.

@TerraOrBust It's not like asking for a car without wheels at all. A car won't work without wheels (or you could put your own wheels on it!), but the EU will still work without every member adopting the Euro. It always has & always will. Several current members still haven't adopted it.
